This policy describes how Dump Runner handles information collected through this website. If you have a question about your information, email info@dumpsrunner.com.

Information you choose to provide

When you request a quote or pickup, we collect the information you submit: your name, phone number, city, requested service and job description. You may also provide an email address, service or property address, preferred date, preferred contact method and up to three photos. The form also processes technical submission information needed to secure the form, prevent abuse and recognize duplicate submissions. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or photos unrelated to your request.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to requests, provide estimates and services, contact customers, coordinate scheduling, maintain lead and administrative records, prevent abuse or duplicate submissions, and send internal notifications to authorized Dump Runner personnel. Submitting a request allows us to contact you about that request; it does not sign you up for marketing text messages.

Optional photos

Uploaded photos help us understand the material, property and access involved in a job. Photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and may be attached to internal lead-notification emails sent only to authorized Dump Runner personnel. They are not intended to be publicly accessible or published to a public gallery through the request form. You can choose to text photos instead; your messaging provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply.

Website data, cookies and analytics

The website processes the page a request came from and ordinary connection or request information needed for hosting, security and duplicate prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission appears legitimate and may process device, browser and network information for that purpose.

On the production website, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and actions such as call, text, email, Facebook and quote-request clicks. It may use cookies and collect device and usage information. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, job descriptions, lead identifiers and uploaded-photo information are not sent as analytics event data. Your browser settings can restrict cookies.

Service providers and links

Cloudflare provides website hosting, structured lead storage through Cloudflare D1, private photo storage through Cloudflare R2 and form security through Cloudflare Turnstile. Resend delivers internal lead-notification emails. Google Analytics provides website analytics. GitHub and CloudCannon support operational website source management and approved content editing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Links to Facebook and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Authorized Dump Runner personnel may view lead information, uploaded photos, internal notes and request status history through a private, access-controlled administration area.

Security and retention

Request information and photos are kept in private storage with access controls. We use technical measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Lead records, internal notes and status history are generally retained for three years after the most recent activity. Uploaded photos are generally retained for one year after the most recent activity or completion of the job. Notification history is generally retained for one year. We may honor an earlier deletion request where reasonably possible, unless information must be retained for an active dispute, legal obligation or similar legitimate business reason.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion of information that is no longer needed. We may need to verify your request and retain information where necessary to meet applicable obligations. Optional fields and photo uploads can be left blank.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The updated date above indicates the latest revision.
