Information you choose to provide
When you request a quote or pickup, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, phone number, city, service needed and job description. You may also provide an email address, service address, preferred date, contact preference and photos. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or photos unrelated to your request.
How we use your information
We use your information to review your request, communicate about your job, prepare or confirm quote details, coordinate service and maintain service records. Submitting a request allows us to contact you about that request; it does not sign you up for marketing text messages.
Optional photos
Uploaded photos help us understand the material and access involved in a job. Photos are stored in private storage and may be included with the request notification sent to Dump Runner. Photos are not published to a public gallery through the request form. You can choose to text photos instead; your messaging provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply.
Website data, cookies and analytics
The website records the page a request came from and, when present, campaign labels in the link used to reach the site. Campaign labels may be held in your browser’s session storage as you navigate. These labels are submitted with your request. The site uses a short-lived, protected representation of the connection address and request timing to limit automated abuse; it does not include that address in the quote record.
Google Analytics is enabled to help understand page visits and actions such as call, text and quote-request clicks. It may use cookies and collect device and usage information. Form contents and uploaded photos are not sent as analytics event data. Your browser settings can restrict cookies.
The hosting platform may process connection information and use cookies needed for hosting and security.
Service providers and links
Providers that host the website, store requests and photos, and deliver request notifications process information to operate these services. The site uses ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare-backed storage. Email notification delivery may use Resend when connected. Links to Facebook and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Security and retention
Request information and photos are kept in private storage with access controls. We use technical measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Information is retained as needed to respond to requests, provide services and maintain relevant records.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion of information that is no longer needed. We may need to verify your request and retain information where necessary to meet applicable obligations. Optional fields and photo uploads can be left blank.
